Order Processing
We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed during weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery details.
Standard UK Delivery
Our standard UK delivery time is normally 3–4 working days after your order has been dispatched. We always aim to get your order delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
For bulk orders, delivery times may vary as these require additional processing and may be shipped directly from our manufacturer. Estimated delivery time for bulk orders is normally 8–14 working days from dispatch.
Order Dispatch
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed earlier during working hours are more likely to be processed and dispatched sooner.
Orders placed outside working hours, on weekends, or during Bank Holidays will begin processing on the next available working day. Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation of your shipment.
Where Is My Order?
Once your order has been successfully dispatched, we will notify you via email. If your chosen delivery service includes tracking, your tracking information will also be provided so you can monitor your order in real time.

International Delivery
We offer international shipping for customers outside of the UK. For international orders, including bulk purchases, your order may be shipped via trusted courier services such as Royal Mail or DPD.
Bulk orders may be shipped directly from our manufacturer to ensure efficient processing and safe arrival. Estimated delivery time for international bulk orders is normally 8–14 working days from dispatch.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
Although uncommon, parcels can occasionally experience delays during transit. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
In cases where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to find the best possible resolution. Please allow time for courier investigations to be completed.
Damaged Deliveries
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will review the matter and provide assistance promptly.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update your delivery details. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that amendments can be made.
